First and second floor units adjoining common areas at each staircase are entered through a new-construction extension jutting out into original brick hallway.

Your clear photos highlight many of the project's good features. The quality of structural work and finishes they are using in that old school building are very impressive. I imagine you're glad to have this fine improvement to the neighborhood. Keep up the good work. Bob
